International Ecommerce Trading Manager wanted for a Fashion RetailerLocation: London/WFHSalary:£40-50KBe responsible for managing and trading the International eCommerce sites and delivering the business growth plans. You will work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to manage day to day trading plans and initiatives to meet sales and profitforecast.What will the role include*Build and manage a trading plan for international sites*Working closely with our partner Global-e, identify opportunities to drive sales and improve conversion for international markets including pricing and delivery threshold testing *Manage/support the execution of onsite content, campaigns and trading activity*Work closely with marketing and CRM to ensure content and messaging is on brand and aligned across all channels*Provide regular reporting and analysis to support decision making both within the immediate team and the wider team e.g. marketing, buying teams*Identify opportunities to improve onsite conversion and trading performance through analysis of customer onsite behaviour, with data from Google Analytics and Contentsquare (UX Analytics)* Work closely with the digital change team to constantly improve user experience and conversion on our international sites. Suggest UX improvements based on competitor research and industry best practiceWhat will your responsibilities beTrading*Managing international proposition including pricing rules, delivery thresholds*Using dynamic sorting rules to maximise product revenue & conversion rates*Maximise cross selling opportunities through product recommendations, continual review of performance and placement*Review product performance and availability for international sites and provide guidance to the merchandising team on key product trends *Weekly trade reporting including country, category performance, content and recommendations analysis, A/B test results*Monitor onsite customer behavior and propose actions to improve conversion and reduce bounce rates*Continually review product performance and propose actions to maintain momentum of bestsellers and improve slow sellersCandidate profile;*A strong commercial mindset and customer first approach *Experience managing international sites and growing sales and profit *Excellent data and analytics skills, with confident use of Excel*Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferable*Experience using Google Analytics, Contentsquare and/or Dynamic Yield desirable*Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload effectively*Comfortable working in a fast-paced business*A passion for fashion/retail and drive to grow*Proactive and positive approach to problem solving*Team player with excellent communication skills both internally and externallyIf this sounds like the role for you, then submit your CV ASAP to Mandeville is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
