eCommerce Project Manager Our client works with some of the largest names in the retail industry, helping them plan, implement and maintain eCommerce systems, maximizing their business performance and helping them to develop multichannel retail experiences that customers love.Were looking for a PM that has strong experience delivering digital projects, specifically for eCommerceResponsibilities Drive completion of project scopeCreate and maintain a credible project plan shared with Leadership team, Project tam and ClientMaximise our performance to project baselines across scope, timeline, revenue, and profitabilityPrepare and distribute weekly progress reports, Burndown charts;Organize and lead project status reviewsManage risks and issues;Manage change rigorously, and ensure client expectations on changes are managed accordingly, and we are commercially protected for those changesManage dependencies and risks with the client and with our internal teams, to proactively mitigate them and defend our baselinesResourcing requests to deliver the agreed scope of workTracking and reporting on the financial health of the projectImplement basic Agile ceremonies such as Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog grooming and prioritisation, Show and tells, RetrosIdeal Candidate Solid understanding of Software Development Life CyclesExpert knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principlesProven track record of managing Digital eCommerce projects through productionExperience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 8 -12 team members including Developers, Solution Architects, Tech Leads, and QA Personnel with a near shore and offshore distributionBalanced business/technical backgroundSufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issuesAbility to provide leadership to Solution Architects and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
