Job Description

We are recruiting for an Ecommerce Product Manager for an online travel company. This is an ongoing temp role for approx. 6 - 12 months to start ASAP. The role will be working within the B2B Platform Product team where clients log into a portal to complete actions and interact with paid products - business advantage, sponsored placements, etc.)What we need:

  • This PM will overhaul the entire manager centre, redesign the UI, make it cooler, fresh and mobile focused
  • Work with a team of product managers that are distributed across London, US/EST, and Canada (all have own initiatives, but collaborate toward high level goals)
  • Heavy amount of stakeholder management (PMs on Platform team serve many product teams) all on the B2B side, inform on build, migrations, changes along the way, socialise ideas, solicit feedback, and gain buy in.
  • UX Research: working alongside the research team and the design team
  • Data Analysis: Understand data / improve conversions (that is the financial backing of the project)
  • Data visualisations: (any experience with tableau or other would be preferable)
  • Data queries - being able to query large data sets (billions of data points)
  • Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues
  • Good business judgement when making decisions and always considers the relevance/impact of each decision on the business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to effectively lead multiple projects at a time
  • Successfully able to meet deadlines
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with varied responsibilities
  • Comfortable with and adaptable to change.
  • The Product Manager will focus on user interactions throughout their entire life-cycle as a customer. This includes managing features that are focused both on business engagement as well as end-user consumers.
