Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join a well renowned beauty company to be based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the e-commerce business in the UK, USA and EU markets, as well as showing strong digital marketing strategy skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully achieve all yearly targets and KPI’s by leading the ecommerce business
  • Assist with website migration onto a new platform to merge both brands with agency and project management support
  • Carry out technical SEO analysis and on-page optimisation, off-site strategies and implementation
  • Managing CCP and luxury fragrance keyword research
  • Aid planning of future digital marketing plans using the agreed budgets, wholesale and retail targets
  • Drive CCP online strategy with third parties and retailers to maximise the global marketing strategy and customer impact
  • Help communicate the importance of digital marketing activity across departments
  • Communicate to store sales teams that digital is the main drive of in-store sales and brand awareness
    • And more…Experience:
  • Must have delivered strong web sales and traffic growth in a similar role, ideally in fashion, beauty or distillery
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC and Email marketing strategies
  • Deep understanding of the industry
  • Strong relationship skills with some experience of managing 3rd party retailer digital
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Educated to degree level preferably marketing or business
