Job Description

Super exciting opportunity for a fantastic sports brand that continues to invest heavily in their online capability. After an Ecommerce Experience Manager to own end to end customer experience.Client DetailsBrilliant Brand with an exciting proposition. Theyve got huge recognition on a global scale and their continued investment in their online capability means there is a lot of opportunity for the right candidateDescriptionAs Ecommerce Experience Manager you will:

  • Own full customer journey, including pre and post purchase, ensure optimal experience and implement tactical and strategic changes to make the customer experience even better!
  • Propose and run constant testing programmes with product owner to adapt to changes in customers behaviour and stay ahead of trends.
  • Work closely with implementation agency to ensure SLAs are adhered to and changes are made in good time, also manage agency budget and ensure you are not going over on any agreements.
  • Manage relationships and commercial agreements with couriers for domestic and international shipping.
  • Be the Hybris expert within the organisation
  • Be a keen and enthusiastic systems user, and be able to pick things up quickly in an ever changing digital landscape.
  • Manage a team of 2-3, including customer service

  • Have good experience working in an ecommerce operations or ecommerce experience manager capacity
  • Have extensive experience using Hybris
  • Will have had ecommerce experience away from just core trading KPIs and P&l responsibility
  • Be a keen and confident tester, utilising different testing methods to get the best possible outcome for the business.
  • Have tangible achievements of improving customer experience, and customer service scores
  • Be experienced in managing stake holders at all levels, having the ability to negotiate, influence and communicate internally and externally.
  • Have a strong track record of managing high performing teams and developing staff.
