Brand New Role - North West London, £38,000 - Hybrid ModelIn a dog friendly office based in Northwest London, my client holds the 5th worldwide position in the Animal Health industry, they have a fantastic opportunity to join their UK team as an Ecommerce Specialist working on market-leading pet health brands.With an array of benefits this 2 day in office hybrid role is offering up to £38,000 in salary for the right candidate in tandem with an array of benefits including private medical insurance.You will maintain and optimise category and landing pages according to product assortment, including ownership of product launch maintenance and content planning. You will maintain on-site search, navigation, and other parts of the website to ensure best-in-classcustomer journey, Independently manage onsite conversion - providing ideas and solutions to the wider Marketing team. You will work with the Creative and Content teams to ensure messaging consistency throughout the customer journey along with having ownershipof the day-to-day optimisation of the website - the champion of a web first approach. You will also monitor onsite customer behaviour and propose actions to improve conversion and reduce bounce rates, continually review product performance and propose actionsto maintain momentum of bestsellers and improve slow sellers.Ideally you will have experience working within a business or ecommerce environment, a strong working knowledge of E-commerce sites, digital advertising platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools. You will be an expert in managing and developing accounts,preferably within the e-commerce environment with experience in Shopify or CMS platforms, plus good knowledge of Photoshop and MS Office including intermittent excel. You will have the ability to report on performance compiling data and insights from multiplesources. You will have a strong analytical capacities and be results oriented, ability to work under own initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be a confident communicator with attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency and ownershipto meet deadlines and a passion for Ecommerce and business trends.
