Job Description

Ecommerce Account Manager | Beauty London/Hybrid£50-55k + bonus +bensIm working with a fast paced, growing, global beauty business to find them a superstar Ecommerce Account Manager. This is a brand new role for the business, so youll have the chance to shape it, and grow with them.Why join them

The RoleAs mentioned, this is a new role for the business, to solely focus on the growth of their global ecommerce accounts, you can expect to:
  • Establish, build, and nurture strategic partnerships, as well as identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations around TOBs and pricing.
  • Drive category performance across e-retailers, including all forecasting, budgeting etc.
  • Build and deliver annual plans on activations, events, animation etc.
  • Manage an executive.
YouThis role needs someone super commercial, from a string ecommerce background. You need:
  • Proven experience in a similar ecommerce account management role, showing that you have driven on-site performance.
  • Beauty would be ideal but similar areas might be considered (FMCG, fashion etc - you must be able to show an understanding of their product and customer).
  • Commercially minded - highly numerate, data driven etc.
  • Proven negotiation experience.
  • An advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.Strong stakeholder management skills and relationship building ability.
