Our client are on the lookout for an Early Years IQA/Quality Assusser to join their team. The role is a initial 9-month maternitycover, with he view to the role being made permanent. To be considered you must have experience working in a early years quality roles within the apprenticeship space. You must also hold your own level 5 early years qualification and a level 4 TAQA, or IQAequivalent.Job DescriptionOur Quality team is seeking a Quality Assurer to join them in supporting our Early Years Vocational Trainers. You will be monitoring and evaluating assessment activities and decisions to ensure standards are met and risks identified.Role Type: 9 Month Maternity Cover (possibility of a permanent role)Salary: £29,500 - £32,000Location: Fully RemoteAbout the roleAs a Quality Control team member, your role is threefold. Firstly, youll keep a close eye on assessment activities and decisions to make sure they meet the highest standards and identify any potential risks. Secondly, youll provide full support to theVocational Trainers so they can promptly address any required actions or deferrals. Finally, youll provide support, performance management and staff development, helping the team and Delivery meet their key performance indicators.
