As well as accountability for the key finance work at the Trust our CFO has responsibility for Commercial, Procurement, Strategy, and PMO. Another SLT member is split across two other key roles, Chief Information Officer and Chief People Officer, and both areas are working at pace as NCS reshapes itself for the post-COVID world.
