Job Description

A global leading investment management firm based in the heart of Victoria are seeking a senior temporary EA to support 2 Directors, a Business Manager and the wider team within Fixed Income on an on going basis until at least April 2025. This role is more than a typical EA role and for the successful candidate this role will encompass project work and the opportunity for growth and further responsibility in time too. Potentially even the opportunity of a permanent role as well.Hours are typically 8 am – 5 pm and although the workload is very busy, there is no expectation to be working later.What you’ll do:

  • Proactive and comprehensive diary management including liaising with external stakeholders
  • Managing global travel and expenses, using the external travel vendor to obtain flight and hotel options
  • Creating and distributing detailed itineraries and processing expenses in a timely manner
  • Creating presentations and materials for meeting, both in office and remotely
  • Diligent coverage of phone lines, adhering to the best practices
  • Provide cover for administration across the business when absences occur
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects
Who you are:From experience, this client have found it to be highly advantageous when an EA has worked within asset management previously as it allows for a certain level of knowledge and familiarity with terminology.Alongside this desired experience, they are also looking for an EA who can present examples of:
