Job Description

Outstanding opportunity for a Swedish Speaking EA to join European investment firm, in Mayfair paying up to £55k DOE. This boutique firm have been growing enormously in the last few years and are now looking for an all round EA to support the CEO & CFO.This will be a varied role with traditional EA duties as well as some office management and financial administration. The firm have offices in the heart of Mayfair and their HQ is in Stockholm.Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management, Meeting coordination
  • Travel arrangement; visas, itineraries, hotels etc
  • Inbox and phone gatekeeping
  • Events, conferences and off-sites
  • Financial controlling - helping with book, keeping and accounts
  • General Office Management
  • Financial control support, KYCs, invoicing
The successful candidate will be a proactive and organised individual. This is a very exciting time to be joining the business as they are a fun, growing company with a dynamic group of international colleagues. They are really open on experience, but needsomeone fluent in Swedish who has a background in support.
  • 3 or 4 years minimum support/EA experience (corporate or FS sectors ideally)
  • Finance Manager or accounts experience - advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Fluent English and Swedish essential
