The role:We are looking for a analytical candidate with interest in fashion to join the team as an E-commerce Intern. The successful candidate will be comfortable to analyse website metrics and ensure quality, accuracy, and up-to-date content. No experience is required, however we need someone who is flexible and has qualifications in Business/E-commerce studies. The internship opportunity is unpaid with the aim to support concrete parts of the business whilst providing you the space to develop andnurture your skills in the world of high couture. Main responsibilities: - Inspect website-related systems to ensure its visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use for viewers. - Responsible for managing and maintaining the website catalogues as well as coordinating the launch of online collections. - Partner with marketing and customer service team to proactively create compelling trend-driven categories as well as to resolve issues & escalations from customer’s website feedback. - Review and update desktop & mobile user software to ensure error free and identify areas of improvement. - Supervise digital communication (newsletter and social media) by performing analysis to the site for new modifications to be implemented.
