Job Description

A client of Morgan Hunt are looking to recruit a Duty Support Officer in Hanwell.The post will be working 30 hours per week on a rota basis covering 8am to 2pm or 4pm to 10pm.As the Duty Support Officer you will be required to:

  • Monitor movement of residents in and out of the building and check the visitors list to ensure all guests are signed in.
  • Ensure that the House Rules and Licence Agreement are adhered to
  • Support residents
  • Report any maintenance defects or accidents
  • Respond to any emergency cleaning and maintenance requirements whilst on shift.
    • The successful candidate for the role of Duty Support Officer will have:
  • Knowledge of the handling of emergency situations and working with emergency services.
  • Able to deal with challenging situations
  • Have an understanding of the problems facing homeless people
  • Have experience within a reception in a similar role
