** Dutch Speaking Sales & Customer Service Agent! Hybrid! **Were looking for Dutch speaking Sales & Customer Service Agents to join one of Europes largest outsourced centres - some of their clients include British Telecom, Center Parcs, and a host of other leading blue-chip companies. You will be confident at dealingwith customer queries and ideally have a strong background within call centres previously.The Role:Providing outstanding customers service in a fast paced and exciting environment; dealing with book enquires, accommodation complaints and questions, upselling/cross-selling add ons and benefits.
