Job Description

  • Friendly Customer service brand ambassador to communicate with customers via telephone, email, web chat and social media.
  • Danish specialist to advise on current trends and local knowledge
  • Work closely with Customer Resolution team to ensure order completion
  • Analysing consumer feedback to cultivate process improvements to improve the consumer experience processes.
