A more in depth conversation with technology lead about your knowledge, how you operate and where your strengths/weaknesses are. Circa 60 - 90 Minutes.3 If after the second stage the company has multiple suitable candidates there may be a final conversations with senior leadership. Circa 30 - 60 Minutes.
