The Charitys core purpose is to provide older people who are in need with a home for life within its beautiful grounds, with amazing facilities and surrounded by its caring people, who work tirelessly to provide the highest quality of care.Job Purpose: As a Domiciliary Care Worker, your purpose will be to provide residents with a "good life" by promoting dignity, independence, choice and fulfilment within a policy of managed risk taking.You will provide care to residents, enabling them to remain independent, by providing personal care, assessing, monitoring and evaluating individual needs as well as supporting residents with household and some housekeeping tasks.Its important that you not only promote mental health and physical wellbeing to residents aiming to maximise their independence and meaningful engagement but also that you are able to update and maintain accurate care plans, records, assessments and areable to communicate this with families, GPs, and other professionals.Key Responsibilities and Duties:
