Job Purpose StatementYou will support CTI EMEA Distribution, Product and Marketings 1 Line of Defence (1LOD) risk and control activities to ensure that activities are commensurate with the CTI EMEA risk management policy and risk framework, and to provide active assurance supportin respect of the Distribution, Product and Marketing estate. Role Responsibilities

• Review and challenge Distributions BAU operating processes and procedures to provide assurance over controls design coverage, appropriateness robustness and the extent to which controls are embedded to mitigate operational risks effectively.
• Execute 1LOD RCSA controls assurance testing programme for DSG Risk and Control team, including incorporating testing to support any enterprise-wide key risk and control initiatives as well as and Distribution-owned ISAE controls.
• Perform continuous monitoring of the Distribution RCSA controls through testing to identify emerging risks and issues.
• Support the execution of the RCSA process, reporting and system technical updates.
• Produce regular reports on the results of controls assurance testing to 1LOD management.
• Establish, influence, develop and maintain working relationships with all levels of management and external parties.
• Provide independent opinions on the risk and control environment related to Distribution across EMEA.

Key Capabilities

• Strong Asset Management experience (highly desirable: Distribution activities exposure).
• Experienced risk and control professional, particularly Internal Audit exposure, Compliance Monitoring, Operational Risk, etc.
• A strong self-starter who is willing to investigate and build networks to find solutions.
• Work across locations with colleagues in Europe and the US.
• Part / full ACA or ACCA, CIA, CMIIA qualifications required.
• Internal Audit, Operational Risk or Compliance background.
