Job Description

Excellent career opportunity to join award winning UK Bank’s esteemed Real Estate Finance business. This is a key role for the business, with responsibility to mitigate any potential losses from individual exposures and ensure that the relevant infrastructureis in place in order for the business to manage its non-performing portfolio effectively in the future.We are looking for your expertise in the following areas:

  • Extensive credit underwriting experience in the UK Real Estate Finance market.
  • Experience in a distressed/recoveries role or dealing with non-performing assets.
  • Sound knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment with respect to Real Estate Finance facilities, including the applicable laws and regulations applicable to the recovery of non-performing exposures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients, senior staff as well as the credit committee, ExCo and Board Risk Committee.
  • Able to present complex information in a succinct way.
