About us: EDHEC is looking for a senior executive to join a team working on private investments with the mission to engage the investment community worldwide and increase the impact of EDHEC research amongst market participants and their relationship withEDHEC. A central aspect of this position is to create a sustaining dynamic of data contributions from the market for both financial and non-financial data.Objectives Engaging with investors to create a steady flow of contributed data on the financial and non-financialcharacteristics and performance of private equity and infrastructure investments, as well as data on individual transaction prices. This includes the development of a business case around data contributions to ensure the ongoing commitment of investors.Organising and animating the industry-wide awareness and engagement of investors in private assets around EDHEC data standards and taxonomies including TICCS (the infrastructure sector standard) and ESG data and reporting standards. This includes the ongoingmaintenance of EDHEC data standards and taxonomies through the organisation of regular market consultations and of the governance of these standards (Review Committees, etc). Promoting the EDHEC data standards through regular marketing campaigns, public speaking,participation in investors fora and associations and discussions with regulators and policy making bodies.Requirements Experience in managing large groups and networks of contributors and of large organisations in the financial sector. Experience working involuntary standard setting and industry bodies e.g. PRI including work related to standard development and management Existing network of stakeholders in the private asset space (private equity, infrastructure) At least ten years of experience in the datastandard or financial and non-financial data contribution roles Experience producing written reports for wide public use and running advocacy campaigns around such reports including engaging with public policy and regulatory bodies.A work permit is necessary.Attractivesalary and bonus, healthcare and pension plan coverage.
