THE GIG As the Director of End-to-End Planning, youll be steering our Global Supply Chain Planning, across demand, supply and regional operations in a role where technical prowess meets visionary strategic leadership. As our Director of End-to-End Planning you will be responsible for:

  • Crafting and implementing a global end-to-end planning strategy in sync with our business objectives, working with the COO to enable our 5-year plan.
  • Leading an awesome global senior team of planning experts, ensuring theyre geared up for success.
  • Fostering collaboration across departments, smoothly integrating end-to-end planning into decision-making processes; our S&OP process will be front and centre.
  • Innovating and optimising planning processes, leveraging industry-specific best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Having a key focus on market trends and customer demand shifts, using data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
  • Seasoned experience (were talking global/international director or executive level) in strategic supply chain management, with a strong focus on demand/supply dynamics.
  • Solid track record in consumer-focused sectors like Footwear, Apparel, Accessories, or broader FMCG.
  • Thrive in complex global matrix organisations, adeptly juggling multiple products and regions.
  • Expertise in S&OP process implementation and Strategic Planning Technology is non-negotiable.
  • Bonus points for having worked across various supply chain specialisms, from sourcing to logistics and beyond.
