Working in a fully Agile environment, it is a high-performing team that builds industry-leading platforms and systems on todays leading technologies, frameworks, and platforms.You will work onMedidatas next generation of SaaS-based clinical trial management applications, deployed on AWS and you will play a lead role in developing our new platform. Our philosophy here is that if you demonstrate the right team focus and proactive attitude, on theback of a solid foundation in application engineering, we will train and invest in you to develop your experience in our platform technologies.The platform provides efficient monitoring of clinical studies with integrated workflows. It improves the ContractResearch Associate experience, aids pro-active decision making, and reduces risk and costs, to increase study performance, patient safety, and time to market for the drug/device. Put another way, its saving lives.*Your Competencies:** Experience designingand developing full stack software solutions to address business requirements* Experience creating architectural blueprints, documentation and artifacts to the team and stakeholders* Experience working coordinating and communicating with multiple teams todrive system requirements, implementation, correctness and quality* Experience in coding with multiple languages like Java, JavaScript and functional languages like Scala and frameworks like React* Experience designing and developing with microservices andevent driven architectural patterns* Experience designing and developing with web API patterns and protocols like REST, GraphQL* Experience with web and services application security* Experience with designing, developing and deploying applications and servicesin AWS* Experience designing, developing with serverless technologies like AWS lambda* Experience with TDD and BDD (Mocha, Chai, Cucumber)* Experience designing and developing application CI/CD pipelines using tools like Travis CI, Cloudformation, Terraformand Ansible.
