The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the syndicate operations team whilst contributing to change projects.Duties and Responsibilities: - Quality check and bind risks submitted onto the digital platform- Manage the referral of risks which fall outside of agreed parameters- Chase brokers for premium and renewal information- Ensure all risks processed fall within agreed capacity parameters- Answer and if necessary escalate queries from brokers utilising the digital platform- Ensure compliance is adhered to (FCA, Lloyds, PRA)- Monitor sanctions and escalate to compliance if required- Maintain a high standard of Underwriting quality by ensuring all risks are processed with the agreed guidelines- Contribute to the continuous development of the platform working with data, development and the wider syndicate teams Required skills
