Job Description

Digital Project/Traffic Manager - Fully Remote - £40,000 - £50,000This leading production agency based in London are on the hunt for a talented and experienced Digital Project/Traffic Manager to join their industry leading team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage any internal R&D work for our Point & Place platform
  • Lead inbound tech support and operational requests, review cases with the tech team, organise work internally and manage client responses
  • Project manage the production of 3D and augmented reality models to scope. Onboard clients to their model production platform, monitor progression and quality to client/stakeholder standards
  • Assist the QA team when required to ensure models are built to the highest quality and to specification
Essential skills/experience for Digital Project/ Traffic Manager:
  • At least five years in a project management role with client account ownership responsibilities
  • Experience managing projects, understanding technical delivery and communicating clearly with the development team
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Project management systems: ActiveCollab, Salesforce, and Miro
