Job Description

Digital Project Manager, Full Life-Cycle Project Management, APIs, WaterfallProject Manager required to work for a Professional Services business based in Central London. However, due to Covid-19, this will be mainly remote and you will only have to travel into the office from time-to-time.This is not within IT and sits in the Operational side of the business. However, it is still very aligned to technology as there is a Digital element to the role involving making tax digital as one of the key Programmes you would initially be involvedin. We would still consider Project Managers with a blend of both Operations and IT Project Delivery skills. Also, any operational business change experience would also be welcome. Lastly, anyone with Waterfall experience as a methodology would be preferred.Read on for more detailsKey Knowledge:

  • Extensive experience of change delivery approaches (e.g. Waterfall)
  • OKR/Benefits tracking
  • Any project experience with APIs would be really useful
  • Digital Project Management experience in some form
  • Developing and embedding right-sized change delivery and governance (aligned to portfolio and programme governance) to suit the project and stakeholder needs
  • Service management concepts and frameworks an advantage (e.g. ITIL)
  • Organisational governance structures and associated relationships
  • Understanding the content of current and emerging portfolio of change and how it adds value
  • Understanding the corporate vision and strategy and the wider industry
  • Corporate processes and procedures (e.g. Governance, Finance, HR, minimum standards) and associated language / culture
  • Identifying and monitoring and developing appropriate remedial plans for key project performance (KPIs) and risk (KRIs) metrics.
  • Experience of Workday HCM, Workday Finance or MSD CMS an advantage
  • Experience of a professional services environment an advantage
