Job Description

Digital Project Manager

  • FT/PT: 3 days per week (6 month FTC)
  • Salary: c. 30,000 pro rata (c. £50,000 FTE)
  • Location: Hybrid - London Office (London Bridge) and home working
  • Reporting to: Director of Membership and Marketing
  • Managing: Seconded Project Manager/Business Analyst
We have an exciting role for a Digital Project Manager, on an initial 6 month contract working 21 hours per week. We offer a flexible working pattern, including hybrid working to suit the individual.The Digital Project Manager will oversee the ongoing implementation of FSRHs CRM-CMS project. Working alongside an external implementation partner the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the projects success by managing the deliveryof the project for FSRH, line-managing a seconded Project Manager/Business Analyst, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving the delivery of project milestones.The Digital Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.The role will include:System Implementation:
  • Responsible for delivery of the new CRM and CMS systems, ensuring they meet FSRHs functional requirements and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Work closely with an external CRM-CMS implementation partner, the FSRH Digital team, outsourced IT team and other vendors to oversee the technical implementation of the CRM and CMS systems, including integration with a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing processes via a sprint methodology
Quality Assurance and Evaluation:
  • Establish quality assurance processes for each sprint and conduct regular project assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and individual sprints against defined success criteria, collect feedback, and implement improvements as necessary.
Project Management:
  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Working alongside an external implementation partner develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to project plans and identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Responsible for project finances and ensuring the project remains within budget - with full accountability held by the Director of Membership and Marketing
Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, marketing, and content teams, to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Engage with external vendors and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of contracted services.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
Change Management and Training:
  • Develop change management strategies and plans to facilitate the smooth adoption of the new CRM-CMS systems.
  • Coordinate training sessions and user documentation to ensure effective system usage and user empowerment.
Line management
  • To manage the work of our seconded Project Manager/Business Analyst to support the improvement of our business processes via the implementation of the project.
You will have:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, preferably in CRM and CMS implementation projects, ideally within the NfP or membership sectors.
  • A confident problem solver, experienced in communicating complex issues and finding effective solutions.
  • Line management experience, ideally gained in a project team environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organising, and controlling project activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Technical understanding of CRM and CMS systems, their functionalities, and integration processes.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or membership organisations is a plus.
  • Project management certification (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2) is desirable.
  • Contract management experience is desirable
