Working for a leading Media and Editorial group, the Digital Product Manager will help to revamp all the customer facing aspects of their websites, apps and associated products. The products will be seen and used by millions of customers each month.The role will initially be a 6-month fixed term contract, but certainly has the potential to extend/go permanent.The Digital Product Manager will help to apply structured thinking, looking at data points to inform decision making and how best to improve products. A lot of the testing and research has already been carried out, finding out how to build a great customer experience that drives engagement and retention.Another piece of work that the Digital Product Manager will own is a completely greenfield project that has a real-world positive impact. It’s somewhat under wraps at the moment, so that’s all we can say publicly for now.The Digital Product Manager will have:
