Job Description

Digital PMO Analyst - Insurance We are currently recruiting for a PMO Analyst with Digital Transformation and Agile Development Technology experience to join one of our Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.Please note this role is Inside IR35. Hybrid working - on-site twice a week in the London Office.Responsibilities / Experience:

  • Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • Good presentation skills proficient in use of PowerPoint also competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Financial and budgetary control
  • Understanding of Digital transformation activities
  • Process improvement
  • Reporting and Analysis skills
  • RAID management
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
  • Experience of working with senior executive stakeholders
  • Experience of building networks across the business and manage problems through to resolution
  • Experience/knowledge of financial services sector and specifically within the insurance industry
  • Previous experience of working in a complex Programme office
  • Organise, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Document and follow up on actions and decisions from key governance meetings
  • Prepare agendas and necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Manage 3rd party supplier processes for Digital Team
  • Support all Statement of Work activity Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
