All of these clients have interesting challenges, encompass both brand and performance planning and opportunities to really drive their businessesforward. Team structures will vary slightly by account but you will be managed by a client lead as well as a digital account director and have direct reports and other team members to mentor and develop. You will be joining a large planning team, which overseesa portfolio of 20 clients. You will be working closely with your media specialist peers to help shape and continually improve our planning and buying output. The ideal person for this role will fit with the Company culture. They will be positive, participative,self-confident, entrepreneurial and enjoy fast-paced accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Servicing:Becoming a partner to your clientsBe an expert in their industryEnsuring we are delivering best in class planning on their campaignsAll of these brands have a digital performance component with dynamic optimisations and important business targets so were looking for someone who is responsive and has excellent attention to detail .Strategy and Planning Servicing:Well versed in taking briefs from, and presenting back to clientsManaging your own and your teams time and expectationsYou will be able to recommend and set appropriate KPIsYou should be able to demonstrate an ability to consider all channels in the digital landscape recommending & forecasting how they work together.Retail experience desirableCampaign Management and Performance:With the support of your client lead youll brief, lead and manage the channel specialists ensuring work is delivered on time, to a high standard and that it is aligned to the clients business challengeEnsure the reporting schedule is set out and adhered to throughout the campaign life cycleEnsure your team & specialists are focused on delivering against target KPIsLead status calls, PCAs and own sections of response to brief meetingsTeam:We run a very collaborative team but are looking for a very capable manager that is excited about joining a busy team. You will have direct reports as well as other execs within the team to support and developRequirements About the Candidate Desired Skills & Experience:We are looking for a motivated and conscientious individual who has a circa 3 years experience in a media role, preferably at an agency currently operating at AM levelYou will have a solid understanding of all digital media channels and how they work together: Social, OLV, PPC, DisplayFamiliarity with the programmatic landscape and latest channel, tech & data opportunitiesBe thorough and accurate in reviewing and delivery of workAttention to detail is a key requirementKnowledge and experience is required for the following systems: DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Telmar, Brand Index and TGi
