Digital Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation) - London - £45,000-48,000 + packageWe are looking for a strong digital all-rounder candidate specialising in lead generation, to lead the execution and development of the paid, search and affiliates strategies and campaign activations. You will be reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager andyour key role will be to develop and oversee the implementation of our strategies and campaigns across search, display and affiliates platforms. You will also be expected to own tasks like landing page creation and optimisation and website management and upgrades.Key Responsibilities• Activate marketing campaigns, identifying and targeting different audiences and buildingengaging and on brand content• Work with the Head of Digital to maximise our search exposure, constantly optimising our presence on organic and paid channels (SEO, SEM)• Working with affiliate partners, driving uptake of our off-trade business, bookings andvoucher redemptions• Buying and optimising media across display, social, video and paid search• Ensure our presence online is up to date, on brand and fully optimised• Work with IT Product Manager to ensure that our website and app content is up to date,relevant and accurate. Feed in to the product development roadmap• Work with brand marketing and operations teams to ensure optimised impact of marketing campaigns, integrated across all customer touch points• Reporting on campaign performance to key stakeholders, giving insight into trends andforming plans for optimisationRequired Experience• 4+ years’ experience with lead generation• Track record of landing campaigns with strong performance• Experience using Google Ads, FacebookAds, CRM systems (Exponea desired, but not required),CMS systems and Google Analytics• Experience with DAX would be a big advantage• CCS, HTML and InDesign skills• Intermediary knowledge of Google Analytics GoogleAds, FacebookAds,• Problem solving skills, able to help the team find solutions• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Copywriting skills are desirable, but not requiredPlease apply with your CV to be considered for this Digital Specialist job Required skills
