Digital Marketing Manager - Maternity CoverUp to £55k (pro rata) + great benefitsLondonThis opportunity is with the largest independent property consultancy in the world. We are looking for a well-rounded Digital Marketing Manager to work in the London HQ and manage a team of 4 who look after high-profile Digital Marketing Campaigns across both Residential and Commercial property markets.We are open to industry backgrounds including Property, Professional Services, Retail or other sectors involving HNW clients.The Role:*Manage the digital marketing team to deliver against business objectives. *Budget management across the digital team.*Manage relationships with external agencies that the digital teamwork with.*Lead on all paid media, including budget management (exc. social). *Lead team on all earned channels and the liaison with the web development team (exc. social).*Evaluate new channels, benchmarking, and reporting. *Knowledge of analytics, reporting and continuous improvement across our paid media campaigns.*Present strategies, plans and results to senior stakeholders, identify impact, areas of success and optimisation for future planning and delivery.*Work collaboratively across the wider marketing communications team, in the UK and globally, engaging with channel experts from PR, content, internal communications, creative services and marketing operations.*Work with creative services and external creative agencies where applicable, ensuring effective briefing and delivery of items on time and on budget. The Candidate:*Marketing qualification and/or five years marketing experience preferred. *Experience in digital tools such as Analytics Platforms (PowerBi, Google Analytics), SERP platforms (Adwords, Google Console etc), CRM platforms, lead platforms. *Experience managing more junior members of a team.*Excellent stakeholder management, listening and influencing skills.*Experience of using the entire marketing mix to deliver impactful campaign and results. *Demonstrable experience in managing creative and media agencies. *Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative; able to work individually and as part of a team.
