Job Description

Here in the UK we employ around 5,000 people across the country to deliver services that have a profound impact on peoples lives.From assessments and health services to employability programmes and specialist support, we do work that matters with people who care.Job Summary Responsible for developing, deploying and monitoring digital marketing activity including web, paid and organic social, PPC and SEO. As well as measuring performance and producing ROI results.Role is 18.75 hours split across the working week Monday - FridaySalary banding full time equivalent:Non-London: £30,000 to £34,000paLondon: £35,000 to 38,000paThis role will play a pivotal role in the delivery of an exciting and innovative healthy lifestyle service, supporting the residents of Buckinghamshire. With a focus on empowering and activating lifestyle behaviour change, we will engage individuals, communities,and stakeholders, supporting them to make and advocate informed choices about health and wellbeing. Our approach will have scale and reach across the area, with enhanced efforts to address health inequalities. You will be joining a hybrid team of marketingexperts and local delivery practitioners, so applicants with an interest and passion for health and wellbeing are encouraged, and familiarity of Buckinghamshire also an advantage.Essential Job Duties

  • Draft and execute digital marketing campaigns, plans and creative design briefs
  • Deploy and monitor web, paid and organic social, PPC, SEO and other programmatic campaigns in line with divisional plans to generate leads
  • Maximise use of market automation, website CMS and other platforms to achieve leads/sales aligned to campaign targets
  • Enhance our online presence ensuring SEO and keywords are optimised, tracking and goals are in place, and UX is at the heart of all activity
  • Monitor and respond to online engagement such as queries, messages and comments via the platforms.
  • Use Google Analytics and other dashboards to evaluate marketing data and performance then translate this into meaningful insights and recommended actions to increase ROI
  • Liaise with operational colleagues to understand local needs, ensuring all activity is consistent with the strategic plan and brand compliant
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Strong background of digital marketing, including, paid social, PPC and SEO (essential)
  • Experience of website CMS (essential) WordPress experience is advantageous
  • Experience of using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo to issue emails, CRM management and generate leads
  • Experience of using
  • Experience of analysing marketing data and calculating ROI using Google Analytics and other data sources
  • Experience of adding and maintaining tracking and keywords on websites
  • Experience of evaluating ROI or other desired outcomes
  • Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (desirable).
