Locktons Marketing department is an integrated team of divisional marketing, communications and design specialists who act as trusted advisors to create and implement strategic marketing plans and activity that support business objectives.Our Marketing Team:Our specialist skills include advertising, marketing design and copywriting, thought leadership content production, digital marketing, and client document support (such as for tenders). Reporting in to the head of digital marketing, the role will suit an individual with previousexperience digital marketing who is looking to take their knowledge and responsibilities to the next level.The successful candidate will have excellent opportunity to develop professional with wide ranging real responsibility.   • Create visual designs using a range of media types, including digital presentations, promotional videos and animations
  • Promote digital design and the use within Lockton whilst maintaining and strengthening brand consistency
  • Work closely with the marketing team and our internal stakeholders to translate ideas and written content into compelling designs that enhance our clients experience and support Locktons marketing goals
  • Effectively articulate ideas, communicate and collaborate throughout all design stages, taking feedback and input from stakeholders
  • Ensure that design and creative projects are delivered on time, to our standards of excellence
  • Source images and maintain image libraries that are up-to-date and reflective of the Lockton brand
  • Be a proactive innovator and creative problem solver, who is very technically savvy and quick to identify and pick up new software and promote to the business
Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager to keep content of the global website up to date
  • Optimise content from keyword reports for ongoing SEO success
  • Support divisional marketing managers to ensure business lines are optimising web presence and utility
  • Assist in undertaking and reporting on user activity
Email marketing
  • Create and send email campaigns on behalf of multiple stakeholders and monitor their results
  • Create A/B tests of campaigns to test a variety of content, subject lines, CTAs and layouts
  • Undertake regular reporting of campaigns and present what is working and what isnt
  • Monitor Lockton domain score and make sure we are doing all we can to cleanse our data and keep a high authority score
  • Help build automated email workflows for optimal business impact
Analytics and reporting
  • Own regular reporting of the global website and update various teams with personalised reports for their line of business
  • Report on the effectiveness of Lockton content and use analytics platforms to help make suggestions on what we produce
  • Track and forecast trends and successes in Lockton content, user experience on site and email campaigns
SEO
  • Understand SEO application and use our SEO platform to look for opportunities for pages
  • Undertake regular site audits to understand what needs to be done in terms of site maintenance
  • Liaise with stakeholders and own backlink outreach strategy to help generate more links to our website
  • Inbound marketing
  • Assist marketing manager in developing an inbound marketing strategy to help increase demand for Lockton products/services
  • Help build buyer personas for the different types of customer journey Lockton has
  • Help to build content strategy around customer journey workflows for demand generation campaigns
Candidate Requirement:
  • Experience as a marketing analyst, digital marketing assistant or similar role
  • Experience using and optimising Google Analytics, email marketing and website content management
  • Experience in building and sending email campaigns, including ideally some experience with marketing automation platforms
  • An understanding of SEO strategies and optimisation
  • Experience in understanding customer journeys/inbound marketing
  • Ability to work in high demand environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
