Our channel has become the No 1 lead generator for us.Take a look at our channel: www.youtube.com/c/AidhanAccountancyAnd our website: www.aidhanfinancial.comWe are now seeking a digital marketing and videographer superstar to join our team and help us achieve our marketing and digital goals over the next 12 months and beyond.ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1) Assisting the partner of firm with video production and then completing the editing and finishing. Videos are then uploaded and SEOd on You Tube.The target is to record, produce and publish x2 high quality videos per week.2) Manage and evolve the company website. This is a word press (and elementor) based website so it does not need any coding skills. You will need plenty of common sense and the will and ability to learn and apply quickly. If you have gaps in your knowledge and experience, there are plenty of video tutorials available you can watch, learn and apply.3) Collating and presenting marketing analytics. This includes googleanalytics and google console metrics amongst other metrics. This part of the role is crucial, as an understanding of how we are doing compared to objectives helps us ensure the right time, effort and energy are spent on the things that are yielding us the results (paretos principle)4) To work closely with our graphic & digital designer who uses the Adobe suite of products (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). All design work (digital and print) is done by our graphic designer upon instructions from us.5) CRM system maintenance and management.6) Social media (facebook business) platform management.KEY SKILLS1) Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects and Animate.2)Camtasia 2020 (is a bonus)3) Content production as a first draft. You will not be required to be an accounting or tax expert, but you will be required to be able to assist with producing pieces of content (video and written). You will work closely with the partner of the firm to carry this out and full training will be given as to how to do this, effectively.4) Proficient with CRM systems5) Proficient with social media platforms (facebook and twitter)If you do not possess all the above skills, then thats not deal breaker. Your attitude and willingness to learn, absorb and apply is far more important. YOU WILL:
