The team are entrepreneurial and one of their key clients is a fast growing eCommerce brand they span out of their creative department by their Creative Director & COO. This is an incredibly unique opportunity to join a boutique agency, in a position of responsibility, that has worked on national & international campaigns for clients such as NHS, BBC, Care England, Chelsea FC, Mayor of London, and Founders Forum.The focus is on high performance digital campaigns and delivering on-going growth for clients. They are known for maintaining long & productive client relationships where you feel more like part of a client team, than an agency member.You will learn directly from, and report into a highly skilled executive team with a diverse range of experience and will be expected to contribute directly to, as well as lead strategy, taking full ownership of your skillset.This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is frustrated at the lack of freedom to implement ideas which they know will work, and wants to be able to have a meaningful impact with their work.You will be experienced & highly skilled in the following areas, being able to demonstrate performance growth in:

  • Search engine marketing; Google Ads, Bing Ads (search, display, remarketing) as well as SEO
  • Paid social media: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok. Creating & implementing campaigns, analysing performance and suggesting creative improvements
  • CRM & Marketing Automation: email campaigns & automated nurture campaigns to drive performance
  • Landing pages & their role in performance, conversion & tracking
  • Crafting compelling & high performing copy for the above and any other step of the marketing funnel
  • Producing performance reporting on the above in an intuitive and efficient way, and using it to forecast, benchmark, analyse & improve performance.

  • Skills
  • You must be proficient with Google sheets / Excel (index/match, filter, query functions/vba)
  • You will have a working knowledge of HTML & CSS for front end web styling & email
  • You are experienced using CRM / MAP software (Klaviyo, Hubspot, Autopilot, Salesforce (Marketing Cloud), MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, and similar tools)
  • You are highly experienced in running multi channel PPC campaigns (Facebook, Google, Bing) utilising a full funnel approach to strategy & budget distribution. You can demonstrate experience of improving performance of Facebook campaigns through data analysis & strategic improvement.
  • You can analyse data and improve copy & creative for ad campaigns based on your insights
