The types of content that this organisation created is fantastically varied and includes scenario based eLearning, animations, simulations, gamification pieces, video and diagnostics as a few examples. The complete variety in releation to the work you will be involved with allows this position to be a healthy challenge for those well networked, experienced and passionate individuals who love designing learning content that utilises intuition and creativity to the max.As a Digital Learning Developer within the team you will be utilising technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Elucidant and Camtasia as a few examples to create and build creative and digital learning courses. You need great organisation to be able to project manage your own courses to ensure deadlines are met whilst ensuring the quality of the content youre creating is at a high standard.Furthermore, you really need to be a professional who looks always for the industry trends and new technologies. Any new technologies or design approaches that arise, you will be able to take those ideas and concepts and bring them into this position, allowing for further creativity and the ability to stay at the forefront of the industry regarding innovation. Using your experience as well (if required) you will get the chance to coach and develop other team members.
