Job Description Exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading organization with a busy roadmap of work inflight and coming up. We have an exciting new Digital Lab that aims to firmly embed us as a thought leader in the international schools industry. The Digital Lab consists of a radar and a spotlight that generate pilots for incubation. The radar helps to surface existing innovationat schools and in the edtech space to seek out the best new technology, digital products and services, and generating market research. The spotlight is an annual focus set by you and other senior leaders. This year, the focus is AI. Youll be responsible for developing and delivering the Digital Lab strategy and operating model, including working with schools to implement and deliver incubation projects in our sandboxes. You will also help create the business case for the continuationof the digital lab.You will then ensure to make innovation visible to through internal and external communications channels. This role involves collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including schools, teachers, students, and colleagues in digital, technology,marketing, and communication teams, as well as a large number of external stakeholders. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Act as the main point of contact for external and internal stakeholders. Together with the Portfolio Project Manager, be responsible for the day-to-day planning and project management of the Digital Lab, including development of project plans, and the monitoring processes for tracking progress, managing actions, risks, and projectlevel costs. Work with Internal Communications Lead to develop a communications plan for the project. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure deliverables are met. Completion rate of project deliverables against set timelines and budgets Monitoring progress using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting on progress to management and stakeholders Evaluation of the effectiveness of the risk management plan and mitigation strategies KEY RESULTS Sound Digital Lab strategy with appropriate milestones and measurable KPIs, aligned to overall vision, mission, and strategy Successful delivery of the pilots, on time and to budget Effective project management and collaboration with stakeholders Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
