Job Description

THE COMPANYWorking with an Online Banking company!THE ROLE

  • Analyse the way our customers are (or are not) currently using our Digital products to provide insight that will drive product improvements, experiments, and innovation.
  • Develop and report on key metrics and performance indicators for our Digital Products.
  • Responsible for reporting on product performance, providing insights and recommendations for stakeholders and product owners.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Working commercial experience with tools such as Google Analytics or Omniture
  • Working experience with testing tools such as Adobe Target and Google Optimise
  • Working experience with advanced analytics and stats tools including SQL, R or Python is a must.
  • An understanding of or exposure to machine learning and predictive models will be beneficial.
