About our business…KMI Brands was established in 1993, and since then we’ve evolved and grown as a beauty business, providing global retailers with a range of British brands. We are known for our knowledge and expertise in a vast cross section of products, from hair care and men’s grooming to fragrances and home diffusers.We’ve earned a reputation for building brands with longevity within a very saturated, highly fragmented and fickle market.   • Working closely with the DTC team to support existing and upcoming KMI’s own brands with asset creation.
  • Drive engagement and revenue across our performance marketing channels using a test and learn methodology with creative style.
  • Work collaboratively with the Global Content Manager, Brand Manager and wider team to support the elevation of existing brands and the creative growth of new brands.
  • Work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Executive to ensure delivery of content strategy across performance marketing, organic social channels.
  • Creating 360 campaign content for new product launches, promotions and other brand activities to increase reach and disrupt all touch points.
  • Support the delivery of corporate business messaging with engaging assets for KMI website, Linked In and so on.
  • Execute and adapt creative assets to support our commercial retail partners with their content needs to support global brand growth.
  • Conceptualise and execute a multitude of static creative assets such as banner ads, emails, website materials and other marketing collaterals.
  • Creation of motion graphic assets including video ads, GIFs, Instagram and TikTok content and so on.
  • Creation of corporate assets across a variety of touch points.
  • Performance Marketing Assets
  • Ability to react and adapt creatives to tailor to new audiences in line with Global Content Manager feedback.
  • Using insights from the Performance Marketing team to determine best performing creative and roll out on a wider scale when needed.
  • Reactive content execution to support digital sales.
  • Creation of multi-channel ad content across video, static, GIF etc. to support all performance marketing channels.
  • Tailor campaign content and assets to be optimised for each sales channel.
  • Website Content
  • Working closely with the DTC Team to establish website needs, suggesting areas for improvement and creating assets to support campaign goals including banners, icons and product tiles.
  • Creation of assets require for the website in-line with 360 marketing campaign assets.
  • Ideating and executing ad-hoc website content including non-promotional banners and product demo videos.
  • Email Marketing
  • Working closely with the Global Content Manager and the CRM Team to design email marketing journeys to optimise revenue opportunities.
  • Post launch, responsible for ongoing email marketing journeys, optimising design elements for best performance and delivering the campaign messaging in the most effective and creative ways.
  • Redesign the suite of assets for the various customer journeys.
  • Develop the email marketing visuals for new brand launches.
  • Deliver weekly email assets to support campaign and educational marketing messages.
  • Relationship Management
  • Support project work with freelancers, communicating campaign aesthetic and sharing assets to ensure there is a holistic look & feel to all assets.
  • Work with commercial team on assets required for retail-focused campaigns across markets and brands, ensuring key metrics are being optimised.
