Job Description

FairyLoot is seeking a dynamic Digital Content & Design Manager to lead content creation and management both digital and print platforms. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including email campaigns, author page maintenance, productupdates, interactive website content, monthly print magazine curation, and theme reveals. We are looking for an individual with a strong graphic design background who can seamlessly blend creativity with precision and organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Operations:
    • Efficiently use templates and tools to manage and update website content.
    • Ensure content accuracy and quality by conducting regular reviews and quality checks.
    • Coordinate the content publication process, ensuring timely updates.
    • Liaise with publishing houses to gather information and content.
  • Graphic Design Quality Assurance:
    • Utilise existing templates for graphics and ensure they meet design standards.
    • Perform adjustments and quality checks on graphics as needed.
  • Author Pages and Product Updates:
    • Set up and maintain author pages with accurate and engaging content.
    • Update products for flash sales, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness.
  • Interactive Website Content
    • Maintain and update the websites interactive features with fresh and relevant content.
    • Regularly update the website with the latest theme reveals and other relevant content.
  • Newsletter and Monthly Print Magazine:
    • Lead the creation of visually appealing and content-rich monthly newsletters
    • Monitor analytics tools to track newsletter performance metrics and optimize future newsletters for better engagement and reader satisfaction.
    • Manage and curate the monthly print magazine for subscription boxes.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure that all website content aligns with FairyLoots brand identity and messaging.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications:
  • Very good Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with templates and tools for content management.
  • Job experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design.
  • Knowledge of website content management systems and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Being an avid reader with a deep love for books, especially within the fantasy genre is also a plus.
