Job Description

A global Bank are now hiring a Digital Business Analyst to work on a Digital Transformation programme. This will be a PAYE role paying £300 per day.The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for Requirements Management, Design, Change Management, and Implementation Management. Business Analysts work collaboratively with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating and clarifying requirements and defining design options as well as designing and delivering change interventions (e.g. communications, training, support, organisation alignment); and tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback.The role holder will lead the BA team and assist with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements and designs, often representing the voice of the customer and business in these discussions. In addition, the role holder will provide day to day support for all Business Analysts (including regular 1-2-1 and BA team meetings), undertake peer review of questions / requests before these are sent to the Business (where needed) and manage escalations where required. They will also be responsible for ensuring consistency in delivery across Lines of Business .Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the on boarding/roll-off activities for Business Analyst resources who join or leave the team
  • Participating in status meetings and reporting activities for the project
  • Ensure Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) consistency across the programme (BTF and Audit compliance)
  • Single point of entry for requirements into the IT Team via UKT Programme Management Team
  • Day to day support for all Business Analysts (including regular 1-2-1 and BA team meetings)
  • Peer review of questions / requests before these are sent to the Business (where needed)
  • Manage escalations for respective engagements
  • Responsible for consistency in delivery across LoB
    • To be successful in the role, you should meet the following:
  • Digital Banking and/ Or Open Banking experience
  • Good understanding of Business Transformation Frameworks and best practiceTechniques
  • Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
  • Strong experience of delivering change into different audiences and managing implementation in a regulatory environment
  • Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skillsSound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problemsProven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
