Were looking for the following person to join our Aura Business team: A high performing Senior Associate with specific experience in audit and using Aura A strong communicator, able to support the business use of Aura and other assurance applicationsby bringing practical advice and to help us ensure it meets future business needs Someone with a real interest in helping deliver the firms strategy of exploiting new technology and promoting greater automation This will include having an interest in dataanalysis and interpretation, using results to provide real business insight for leadership and engagement teams to help improve the quality and efficiency of our Assurance workYou will work as part of the Audit Tool Operations team, which itself is part ofthe wider Tools & Innovation team in Digital Audit. You will report to the team Manager and ultimately to the team Director and the Digital Audit Tools Partner.You will be expected to work with limited supervision in your base location and periodically visitthe London office for team meetings.AuraAura is our global ERP system, used by our 110,000 auditors worldwide on every PwC audit. It ensures that things are done one way - the right way - consistently and efficiently, globally and locally. The result is allof the elements of our audit fitting together seamlessly - no duplications, no omissions.The Aura Business Support team performs many important functions as set out below. Youll develop a mixture ofbusiness and technology skills that will provide you with excellent career progression opportunities.Your roleYoull be responsible for supporting the business use of Aura. In this role, youll: Identify and prioritise UK requests for changes to Aura Planand manage testing of new Aura releases Become an Aura subject matter expert and support the business with practical solutions to complex Aura queries Help troubleshoot any major Aura operational issues Work with the Aura Champions network in the businessto provide assistance, presentations etc. Work with the global Aura developers and implementation teams in other PwC territories Produce guidance for end users Support other Digital Audit initiatives and technology as appropriate Design and prepare Aura managementinformation to provide business insight to practice and leadership for better decision making Work with Assurance Risk and Quality and OGC to help ensure that Aura enhancements and features continue to meet their specific needs.The key capabilities/experiencerequired for this role are: Practical experience of carrying out an audit and using Aura A good understanding of PwCs audit methodology Experience of using Aura in practice Intellectual curiosity and agility A problem-solving and innovative mind-set, whilebeing able to maintain a focus on commercial outcomes Interest in, and ability to, embrace new technologies and apply them to improving our processes Good project management and time management skills Strong communication skills An ability to work with limitedsupervision once initial familiarisation and training is completed The locationFind out more about our PwC office locations.Not the role for youDid you know PwC offer flexible contract arrangements as well as contingent work (ie temporary or day rate contracting)Theskills we look for in future employeesAll our people need to demonstrate the skills and behaviours that support us in delivering our business strategy.
