Youll develop a mixture of business and technology skills that will provide you with excellent career progression opportunities.Were looking for the following person to join our Digital Audit Experienceteam within Tools & Innovation: A high performing Manager with specific experience in audit and using technology (e.g. Aura, Connect, Digital Lab, DA3 solutions) To help users realise the benefits of sing technology through; promoting digital audit behaviours;engaging with Champs and Digital Accelerators; facilitating technology workshops and other events; sharing best practice across the network; innovating to find new ways to deliver our digital audit strategy. Someone with a real interest in helping deliverthe firms strategy of exploiting new technology and promoting greater automationYou will work as part of the UK Tools & Innovation team, which itself is part of the wider Digital Audit team. You will report to the team Senior Manager and ultimately to theDigital Audit Tools & Innovation Partner. You will be expected to work with limited supervision in your base office and periodically visit the London office for team meetings and wider offices to deliver workshops and presentations.Your roleYoull be responsiblefor supporting the business use of Tools & Innovation. In this role, youll: Develop a detailed knowledge of best practices for use of Tools & Innovation solutions Liaise with T&I subject matter experts and support the business with practical solutions tocomplex queries Help troubleshoot any major T&I operational issues including developing communications plans for users Work with AT to ensure implementation plans are aligned to T&I priorities Work with the AT Champions and Digital Accelerator networks inthe business to provide assistance, deliver presentations etc. Work with the global developers and implementation teams in other PwC territories Produce guidance for end users Support other Digital Audit initiatives and technology as appropriate Work withL&D to ensure Audit training is up to date and aligned with the Digital Audit behaviours Support and coach more junior members of the teamThe key capabilities/experience youll need for this role are: Practical experience of carrying out an audit and usingtechnology (e.g. Aura, Connect, Digital Lab, DA3 solutions) Effective communication and presentation skills Awareness of and interest in other PwC Assurance applications (e.g. Halo for Journals, Smart Budget). Intellectual curiosity and agility A problem-solvingand innovative mind-set, while being able to maintain a focus on commercial outcomes Interest in, and ability to, embrace new technologies and apply them to improving our processes Good project management and time management skills A good understanding ofPwCs audit methodology An ability to work independently with limited supervision once initial familiarisation and training is completed
