Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and market leaderglobal organisation.This organisation has a international portfolio working with some of the biggest global brands in FMCG, Fashion/Luxury/Beauty and Technology, where they enhance their clients technology and business processes to create a optimized marketing ecosystem. Youwill be dedicated to working on one of the most exciting client accounts, who have recently gone through a digital transformation. Your role as Digital Account Manager, your primary focus will be the Product Information Management services as an integral functionin the day to day martech operations. You will be responsible for the client account management for the product information management system and to ensure the success and adoption of the content applications and processes. You will have exposure to the widerglobal operations team, brands, local agencies, ecommerce team and retailers. You will play a pivotal role in account management, project management, training and change management.This role would suit a more technical, strategic mind-set than creativeThe key responsibilities will include;

  • You will be working with the Product Information Management model across all channels, workflows and processes and you wil become an expert user for the clients
  • Establish and build client relations for the support and engagement to local eCommerce teams
  • Strategically consult on the development of deliverables at all stages to ensure that it meets and exceeds client expectations
  • Provide reports and insights to client stakeholders and the wider global operations team
  • You will lead team meetings, identifying and addressing possible queries raised or escalating when appropriate
  • Lead and ensure execution of established account process across team
  • Lead local contact for support and engagement to eCommerce teams, retailers, agencies and program team
  • Foster a culture of expertise and operational excellence
  • Main point of contact for support and engagement clients and stakeholders
  • Market onboarding, Training and Support
  • Monthly reporting and updating training materials
  • Work with the wider team to generate new ideas to enhance client and PIM performance
  • Operate on industry best practice and deliver value and excellence
The successful applicant;
  • 2-4 years industry experience in Media, Martech, PIM (Product Information Management), Ecommerce, Digital Asset Management, Project Manager or Account Management
  • Experience in project management or account management
  • Building strong client relationships, offering solutions and being proactive and strategic
  • You must possess strong technical ability and having an analytical eye and strong attention to detail. You must be intermediate in Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and presentation skills
  • We are are seeking a bright, intelligent, graduate calibre candidate who can demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and warm communication style across the organisation
  • Great client servicing skills with the ability to manage expectations and deliver on projects. Ideally with experience leading or managing a team.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Project co-ordination and management
  • If you have experience managing or mentoring staff this would be advantageous
