Contract DevOps EngineerData Idols are working with a dynamic FinTech Start-Up in London who are looking for a Contract DevOps Engineer to join an established team. As a Contract DevOps Engineer you will be working heavily within AWS DevOps.You will be working for dynamic data driven company. As a DevOps Engineer you will be working closely with both Data Engineers and Data Scientists. You will be working in an agile and fast paced environment in a team that is focused on looking for opportunities to learn, building skills and share learning.THE ROLE:As a DevOps Engineer, you will be working primarily in an AWS environment. Therefore it is imperative that you have extensive experience with this cloud platform. A large part of this role will involve managing the resources with AWS as well as building CI/CD pipelines.You must have experience with infrastructure management and pipeline mechanism using tools such as Terraform and Jenkins. As a DevOps Engineer you must be able to demonstrate a history of implementation and productionising of large-scale enterprise systems, familiar with GitOps/DevOps responsibilities and strong in VPC Peering between Heroku and AWS VPC, Transit Gateways using an AWS Site-to-site VPN to a Partner Corporate Network and setting up and configuring Proxy services in AWS EC2.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The successful Contract DevOps Data Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
