Job Description

Were seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic project team for the planning and redevelopment of Cambridge BusinessPark. If youre passionate about making a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.Role Overview: As a Development Programme Manager, youll Join a team delivering a really exciting £1.6b gateway development for the North-East Cambridge Innovation District – with market leading sustainability and placemaking ambitionsand a mixed-use brief covering labs, offices, homes, and a new high street.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure good governance, processes, and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals and targets.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure cost and value targets are achieved.
  • Assist in drafting reports and presentations for internal committees and stakeholders.
  • Support innovation initiatives aligned with TCEs values and strategy.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate key meetings and engagements.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in governance reporting.
  • Some experience in mixed-use asset projects.
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Basic knowledge of the planning and development process.
  • Strong logistical, management, and coordination skills.
  • Diligence in process application and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Highly motivated team player with resilience to time pressure and complexity.
