We combine a unique blend of people, skills and knowledge, backed by a strong balance sheet and reputation for delivering top quality buildings for landowners in both the public and private sectors across the UK.Mace is an international consultancy and construction company, founded and built on exceptional people, a commitment to service excellence and an entrepreneurial spirit.Our development business creates and manages a portfolio of development schemes that through a combination of development management fees, rents and development returns, contributes to the stable and sustainable growth of Mace while providing consistent double-digit investor performance.Reporting to the CEO of development, with operational accountability for leading a variety of developments across the UK where Mace are either the sole or part investor or as development manager direct for an investor or landowner.Although the initial focus is the leadership of a £1bn mixed-use development, it is anticipated that the role will provide the opportunity to work on at least one other project concurrently.In this role, you will lead on all development-related matters from tendering through to financial and investment matters related to the scheme, including advising the CEO on strategic direction and taking responsibility for managing the P&L.Your responsibilities will include:
