This role is for a server refresh/replacement, the ideal candidates primary focus should be Microsoft stack with good windows knowledge.Experience: Windows server 2008 through to 2019 IIS setup and config. Active Directory DNS, DHCP group policies Backupsolutions Symantec, veritas Veeam etc. Antivirus preferably McAfee with encryption. Hyper V / VMWare. Office 365 admin Exchange experience with link into M365 Microsoft certifications A good proven understanding of networking concepts routing, WAN and LAN.TCP protocols with basic firewall understanding. Client facing with good remote diagnostic techniques. Basic / good understanding of: IIS setup and config SQL understanding with backup and restore , access control. Had dealings with Managed service providers/cloud hosting providers.Servers Migrating from on prem to datacentre Migrating data between Led and can talk us through a server refresh programmeProject lead, delivered and can talk us through their approach in any of the following projects Cyber essentialsroll out Multi factor authentication roll out (VPN, or other systems) Cloud platforms, migrated from on prem to cloud/hybrid Decommission end of life application, e.g. migrated users from Skype to TeamsSecurity What IT security methods, protocols, technologyare they familiar with SSL, HTTPS, TSL, MFA roll out, monitoring tool, firewalls, data protection, access controls, hard drive encryption.Ideally we would like Watchguard knowledge Palo alto knowledge.
