Job Description

Desktop Support EngineerA leading Investment firm is looking to hire a Desktop Support Engineer to support the London based trading team.You would be responsible for;

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support to both local and remote offices
  • Providing support to the iOS mobile infrastructure/intune and mobile related issues
  • Onboarding and off boarding, new user set up, hardware installation, application testing and desk moves.
Therefore, they are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience;
  • 3 years experience in desktop support ideally within financial services
  • Experience with Active Directory admin, windows 10, Microsoft office 365, VDIs, Citrix XenDesktops, Group policy, Intune, Microsoft authenticator, Azure Active directory, Bloomberg.
  • Ability to provide white glove support to founding partners and VIPs
