The Desktop Support Analyst is critical to making this happen, and its purpose is to provide IT support for Europe and the US, pertaining to End User Technology (EUT) services onsite at the London ANZ office. The role will provide support up to an executivelevel, be involved in project improvement initiatives around end user technology, for example Branch and European laptop upgrades, mobility improvements and standardized software deployments. This role with report to the Head of End User Technology for Europe and focused on end user technology and will work with European Institutional business and provide a trusted escalation point that has the business needs at the forefront of their day.
